Semper – Property Management System

Our central reservation system offers a real-time reservation, inventory and rate distribution solution, specifically developed for our group of properties. It interfaces directly with the major property management systems (PMS), including: Fidelio, Opera PMS® (OXI PMS), Opera CRS® (OXI CRS), Jade(TM) PMS, Apex(TM) PMS and Landmark CLS.

With live inventory and rates managed in a single, central location, universal access is provided 24 hours a day. This, in turn, offers intranet users (agents and consultants) access to the inventory on a 24/7 basis. A true e-Commerce application, it allows corporate clients and CRS sites to display availability and secure real-time reservations with immediate confirmation.
